If you did not make certain transactions, you should:
- Immediately report your card lost or stolen to prevent further unauthorized use from occurring. You can report a lost or stolen card in the “Card” section of the Account Center. Click on the Card you’d like to cancel and then click “Cancel Card.”
- Download the Dispute Resolution Form, complete all the fields, and email it back to us to the e-mail address printed on the form. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of this form.
