If you’re trying to log in to your account and seeing the following error message
“The username or password you provided is incorrect”
please check the following
- You have an active X World Wallet account. Before you can access the benefits of your X World Wallet, you need to create your account. Creating an account is quick and easy, it takes less than 5 minutes and you can do it online. Click here to get started.
- You have an X Travel Wallet account. SAS EuroBonus might have sent you a EuroBonus card with Travel Wallet in the past, if you never used it, or if you had an active Travel Wallet account but haven’t used it for a while. If either of these is the case, please check this article on how to upgrade your account from Travel Wallet to X Travel Wallet.
- You’re entering the right credentials. Both username and password are case sensitive, so please double-check you’re entering your credentials as you set them.
