If this happens please check that:
- Your X World Wallet Card has been activated. You need to activate (and preload) your X World Wallet Card in the Account Center before you can use it to make purchases or a cash withdrawal.
- You are using the correct PIN code.
- The retailer or ATM accepts Visa Debit cards.
- You have enough funds to cover the transaction.
Your card is not blocked. If the card is blocked, you can always unblock it by going to the Account Center or by emailing Customer Support. Send your request to: firstname.lastname@example.org
If all of these items look okay and your X World Wallet Card still isn’t working, please contact Customer Support here . For immediate assistance, please log into your account center for help & support.
