If you do not wish to continue to use your X Travel Wallet card with BNEXT as the issuer, you have the right to terminate the Agreement immediately and close your account without charge. In such a case, please let us know by September 27, 2023 by sending an email to support@xtravelwallet.com. If we do not receive such an email stating that you oppose the transfer of your customer relationship, we will assume that you have consented to the transfer. You will further be deemed to have agreed to the new Terms and Conditions by continued use of your X Travel Wallet account and card.

Prior to closing your Account you may first withdraw or spend all the Available Balance or you may redeem your balance by accessing the Web Account Center by clicking on TRANSFER and entering your bank details and the amount you’d like to transfer. Please note that prior to transferring funds to your bank account, you must first transfer all funds held in Foreign Currency Wallets to your Home Currency Wallet.
